Where do you deliver to?

We offer free door to door delivery to anywhere within South Africa and custom delivery options for any other countries. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept any form of Mastercard and VISA card payment and EFT payments as well. We also offer a cash on delivery option within Cape Town.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery depends on where you are located. We typically have a lead time of 1-2 days to prepare your order and shipment usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on your location. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our online shop is very secure. We offer a secure-socket-layer protocol to ensure your data is safe and card payments are processed through Yoco verified online merchants. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering our team will be in touch to confirm receipt of your order and update you on the expected shipping time. Once your laptop is shipped you will receive a waybill number to track your delivery. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will be provided with an invoice for your order.
